PORTABLE REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER PURIFIER AND WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM, TO PRODUCE CHEMICAL-FREE, BACERIA-FREE, ENDOTOXIN-FREE, NON-PYROGENIC WATER |
|
BLUE SPRING SYSTEM WP-35 is the world’s most compact, full-featured reverse osmosis water purification system that measures only 6” wide x 21” deep x 14” tall, weighs only 45 lbs., yet produces as much as 32 gallons per hour (2,000 cc/min) of high purity water. With many available accessories, System WP-35 offers a low cost substitute for bottled water, de-ionized water, or distilled water, in applications; such as, general purpose water purification in laboratories, production of bottled drinking water, medical device rinsing and testing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, semi-conductor manufacturing, metal finishing, boiler water treatment, wastewater recycling. Units with larger capacities are available in the WP-series. For production of water of higher ionic purity required in the laboratories, for production of pharmaceutical USP Purified Water1 and in semiconductor manufacturing operations, a DI attachment is available. For bottled drinking water production, useful accessories such as filling valve, water sterilizer, bottle cleaner and mineral mix are available. The heart of SYSTEM WP-35 water purifier is an advanced technology reverse osmosis module, which contains the latest thin-film-composite (TFC) membranes. These membranes demonstrate the highest rejection of all particulates, ionic impurities, dissolved organic chemicals, bacteria, viruses and pyrogenic matter. The purified water produced by BLUE SPRING WP-35 is of superior quality, which surpasses most industrial water quality specifications. The unit boasts incredibly high water recovery efficiency (about 60% of feed and incredibly low energy consumption of about 16 watt.hrs/gal. The water purified by SYSTEM WP-35 costs as little as ˝ penny per gallon. BLUE SPRING SYSTEM WP-35 is designed for heavy-duty, continuous operation. All construction materials are specially selected for corrosion-resistance to water and for resistance to growth of micro-organisms. The unit includes a disposable pre-filter element, for removing large particulates, which might clog the fine reverse osmosis membranes. All instrumentation is ergonomically mounted on the front panel, for operating convenience. Our standard instrumentation includes: two on-line conductivity meters, which measure the level of dissolved salts in the feed and the output water; two flow meters; a pressure gauge; and an operating pressure control. The unit even includes level control electronics, for automatic operation, when used with a purified water storage tank. Also included is a low-feed warning light, to indicate insufficient water supply. A high-temperature safety shut-off protects the membranes against hot water. Accessories; such as, an automatic feed water shut-off valve, water softener, carbon filter, |

and storage tanks with level controllers, are available to extend the usefulness of SYSTEM WP-35 water purifier. With our DI attachment and high-rejection membrane option, the WP-35 reverse osmosis water purifier produces high-purity water for industrial applications, semi-conductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical production, and for medical device rinsing, meeting USP Purified Water standards1. With our foot-operated filling valve attachment and other accessories, the WP-35 reverse osmosis water purifier can be used to start a novel, low-cost table-top bottled water production business. The unit fits easily into tight spaces normally encountered in laboratories, making it an ideal, general purpose water purification unit. BLUE SPRING SYSTEM WP-35 will provide you with a low-cost, reliable source of purified water, from regular city water even for your most critical applications. And it is backed by BLUE SPRING CORPORATION, the world’s most trusted name in water purification since 1980. |

1 According to U.S. FDA, USP purified water and USP WFI are components or “ingredient materials” as they are termed by the USP, intended to be used in the production of drug products. Neither FDA nor USP considers them as drug products. These two water categories are popularly used within pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing establishments. |
