Raw water may be from natural sources such as a spring, river, pond or a well, or it may be from municipal source. Municipal water usually contains chlorine or other disinfectant, which is removed by carbon filtration pre-treatment. The pre-treated water is then purified by Blue Spring System WP-R closed-loop reverse osmosis water purifier. A number of in-line filling stations are directly connected to the purified water loop piping. Ozone is added to water prior to filling, to increase shelf-life. The filled bottles are packaged inside containers and dispatched to consumer outlets. |

RO purified water. A feed hopper and a re-pressurizing pump is used to feed the bottling machine. Bacteria grows abundantly in stored water. It is necessary to use UV lights or bacteria filters to decontaminate the water before it is filled. Blue Spring WP-RB water purification system uses closed loop principle which was pioneered by Blue Spring Corporation in the 1980s. It uses no storage tank or pump is used for the purified water. Blue Spring WP-RB bottled water production system is a sealed system all the way to the bottles, which eliminates any possibility of bacteria and other contaminants intruding into the water. As a matter of fact, the water gets repeatedly purified as it makes passes through the water purifier. No UV lights or bacteria filters are necessary.
