What you need is a room like kitchen which has source of water capable of at least 1 gpm flow. You also need a sink for drainage of waste water. You need household electric outlet of 120 or 220 VAC. You need work room of approx. 2 m x 2 m and storage space depending on your production schedule.
Typical sequence of operations involves filling bottles, capping them, putting labels on, and putting them inside boxes. In an eight-hour session, up to 2,000 bottles of 500 ml size can be filled with a crew of two. Single person can carry out multiple operations at a reduced capacity. Higher production rates can be achieved by extending the operating hours.

OPTIONS TO EXTEND USEFULNESS
Bottle Cleaner Option: The optional bottle cleaning system includes a 10 L detergent mixing tank with hand-operated sprayer. The tank can be used to prepare a detergent solution in warm water. The internal surfaces of the bottle are sprayed with detergent solution, the bottle is rinsed with raw water first, followed by purified water, and then filled. Used bottles can be recycled up to ten times by using this technique. Recycling bottles saves costs, increases profits and also prevents environmental pollution. Ideal for use of water within restaurants, hotels, hospitals, remote villages.
Fill-Valve Option: This optional foot-operated fill-valve attaches to the purified water port of the basic water purifier. The semi-automatic filler is designed the increase productivity when filling large number of small bottles in the 500 ml to 1.5 L range, without water spillage in the work area.
Ozonation Option: This optional sanitizing system uses dissolved ozone gas to prolong the shelf-life of bottled water. Ozone is a powerful germicide which is generated from atmospheric oxygen and then mixed with the purified water produced by the table-top water purifier, prior to bottling. Ozone leaves no taste or odor because it quickly disintegrates into oxygen which is a tasteless, odorless, natural gas. This option should be used if the bottled water will be stored for more than a week or two, for example, in the grocery stores.
